Enjoy a vinyasa style flow that begins with a gentle, grounding warm-up with a focus on breath awareness and will move into a standing series that combines both strength and balance. We will then come down to our mat to focus on some juicy lengthening and restorative postures. A beautiful balance of effort and ease.
