This signature class from LTE FIT combines cardio and strength exercises in a series of interval based sets. You will move through timed bodyweight plyometric cardio moves and then into total body weight strength moves. Class ends with low impact glute and core work and then one more burst of cardio. This class will sure to get your heart pounding and leave you super sweaty! All cardio and strength exercises can be modified so this class works for all fitness levels. Equipment used in class is as follows: dumbbells (options from 3-15lbs), circle resistance band, sliders, and mat. All equipment is optional so please do not worry if you do not have access to all of the above.
