Combining classic barre exercises along with small muscle group strength work, Barre Sculpt is a low impact, high intensity workout with a focus on functional movements and working deep into our muscles (think a good muscle burn!). This class is a perfect compliment to HIIT FIT. Equipment used in class is as follows: light weight dumbbells (options from 3-8lbs), chair, circle resistance band, sliders, and mat. All equipment is optional so please do not worry if you do not have access to all of the above.
