This is The Sunday Sweat - a 60-minute moving meditation connected by breath and funky transitions :) **This Sunday AM workout is a tad different. Our sets of movement & flow will be coupled with bodyweight strength & core to help you build more proprioception in your body. If you have a mini band, grab one to amplify your practice and strength sets even more for this workout. Come as you are, and make your space and this time spent your time on your mat your own. All are welcome as we move, breathe, and sweat in this Vinyasa-inspired flow together. We'll flow for an hour and wrap up the week together with conversation and connection afterwards - all are welcome to stay in the Zoom room to share your wins from the week.
