In place of The Sunday Sweat this month, this 4-week class series held at 9am CT on May 2, 9, 16 and 23 will focus on purposeful action, mindful connection to breath, and open dialogue about self and community care. The connection to, and the line between self care and community care is a delicate one. Both are necessary, but how we actionably work towards making each apart of our daily ritual is through intentional awareness and mindful action. Each individual expression contributes to the group harmony ( within our mind, body, hearts) as well as our communities. Over the next 4 weeks, we invite you to join us on this journey of building rituals around self and community care ❤️ What to expect in each class: ✰ Grounding Meditation /Breath work ✰ 45 minutes of movement in the form of Pilates + Vinyasa yoga which will be co-led by Nicole and Maggie ✰ Journaling + open conversation with intention setting towards self + collective care to set the tone for the week ahead A portion of all proceeds from the 4-week series will benefit Racemvmt.
