    Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga we will do seated in a chair, with the option to stand near the chair, using it for stability and support.  This class is designed to help improve flexibility, range of motion, balance and strength.  Benefits may also include a sense of improved well- being, relaxation, peace and better sleep.
