Gentle Yoga is a focus on mindful, gentle movement and breath. The poses will be adapted to the student. Most poses are held with a focus on strength, balance and flexibility - with some short, gentle flowing sequences appropriate for beginning students. No prior experience is required. If you have a body and you can breathe, you can do this yoga. My goal is for yoga to be accessible to every body!
