I began teaching yoga full-time in 2017 but after the birth of my son in March 2019, I realized the need for more postnatal and prenatal yoga. Motherhood can be challenging and even lonely at times, and we need all the support and connection we can ge...t!
During my classes we always begin with a check-in to acknowledge any challenges or obstacles you may experiencing and if need be we will be there with love and support. I believe it's important to not only take care of our physical body but also our mental and emotional bodies. Let's build a strong community of mamas! We will also focus on strength and stability, proper pelvic floor and core function, and finding what feels good in YOUR body.

Prior Experience & Certifications
I completed my 200 hour yoga training in November 2016 and my postnatal certification in June 2020.
